Stomp

A group of secondary school girls took pictures of themselves posing in the male toilet in school and posted them online.

STOMPer NZE came across the blog in which these pictures were posted in and wrote into STOMP.

“How can these girls got to the boys’ toilet and take pictures?

“It just does not seem quite right.”

So the story goes that there’s a group of secondary school girls posing inside what’s obviously a male toilet. By taking this action by its context alone, it shouldn’t even be up there on stomp.

What’s surprising is the comments left behind by the stompers. I find it hilarious that everyone is chiding the kids for standing on the urinal (safety) rather than be outraged that a member of the opposite sex has entered what’s supposed to be a private santurary for each gender.

If we switch the context to a group of secondary school BOYS taking photos in the girl’s toilets, would the reaction still be the same? I think not. We won’t be worried about their safety but rather what’s going on in their mind. (Perverts? Raging Hormones? What’s their intent?)

So why is this so? It would appear that the Woman’s Charter somehow protects women (rightfully so) in the expense of the rights of the male. Imagine being accused by a woman for molestation. Even if you didn’t do it, you’re as good as guilty once accused.

So what’s the deal?
